How can I contact Richmond Silver ?
In the 'Contact Us' section of the website there is a pre-prepared email enquiry form which you can fill in and send to us. Alternatively, telephone us on + 44 (0) 121 360 0606 to speak to a sales person.
How will my order be shipped ?
Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce depending on the size of the order.
Do the products come with a Guarantee ?
Our products are of the highest standard and all of our items are marked with a Sterling Quality Hallmark. This is a widely recognised mark and indicates that the silver has met a certain standard and quality.
How do I pay for my goods ?
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard and Paypal.
When should I expect delivery of my order ?
If the items are in stock goods that have been sent via Special Delivery will be received the next day. For ParcelForce deliveries, up to two days. If you are unable to receive the delivery the courier will leave a card explaining where the package will be kept and how you can obtain it.
Is there VAT charged online ?
For orders placed within the U.K.the goods will be charged at the current rate of 20%. This is automatically included in the price of the goods.
How can I return or exchange an unwanted item ?
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liablity to you unless you notify us at our contact address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question and return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging within a further 3 working days.
